Pricing questions
How do seats work?
When you subscribe to the paid plan you choose how many seats to buy, and you pay for that number each month. You need at least one seat for each active user. When you add seats, the extra cost is prorated for the rest of the billing period. When you reduce seats, the change applies from your next billing date, and you can’t go below the number of active users, so archive people first.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices are shown without VAT, which is added at checkout.
How does the free trial work?
You get every feature for 15 days, with no card needed, and your whole team can join (up to 100 users). When it ends, you choose a plan: the free plan, or the paid plan for your team.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
What if I need more than 100 users?
