Timesheet approvals
A manager reviews each timesheet before it can be billed.
Build an invoice from approved time and billable expenses, check it, then download the PDF or send it by email. No re-typing, and no hours that nobody has approved.
Create a draft for a client and a period. It is built from approved time that has not been invoiced yet, together with billable expenses, so nothing unreviewed and nothing already billed can slip in.

Rates are set per project or per person. Each hour is priced at the rate in force when it was approved, so a later rate change never alters approved time.
Before you send the invoice you can edit lines, add your own lines, and set the tax rate and the due date.
Log an expense against a project, mark it billable and approve it, and it is added to the invoice with the time. Expenses carry the currency of their project.
Clients can be billed in pounds sterling, euros or US dollars, and invoices are issued in the client’s currency.
Preview the PDF, then download it or send it by email with the PDF attached. Mark each invoice as sent, paid or void. Invoice numbers run in order.
Your logo, payment instructions and, if you add them, your address, company number and VAT number appear on every invoice.
Time on an invoice is locked, so billed hours cannot quietly change. Once hours are on an invoice they cannot be edited or reopened. Void the invoice and the time is released again.
The hours behind an invoice were approved first. See how approvals work.
